As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York and a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in New Jersey, I've dedicated my career to understanding the intricacies of human relationships. With postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the American Institute of Psychoanalysis, my foundation lies in deep psychological insight.

My journey down this path began almost 20 years ago with a master's degree in Gender Politics from New York University, where I explored how our hyper-consumerist culture affects intimate relationships—transforming partner selection into a "shopping" experience, fostering an insatiable desire for novelty, and contributing to shortening attention spans. This academic pursuit led me to recognize the challenges individuals face in forming meaningful connections in today's increasingly digital world.

I eventually decided to pursue a career as a psychotherapist and have been working with clients for the last 15 years. Through my work as a therapist, I’ve heard the same frustration again and again: people hate dating apps, yet they deeply long for connection. They want to meet someone meaningful but feel stuck in a cycle of swiping, shallow conversations, and unmet expectations. Seeing this struggle firsthand inspired me to create Like Minded Matches LLC—a service that removes the noise, prioritizes privacy, and helps people find real, lasting relationships without the exhaustion of swiping endlessly on the apps.

At Like Minded Matches LLC, I blend my therapeutic expertise with a modern approach to matchmaking. Recognizing that traditional matchmaking often caters to specific demographics, my mission is to offer an inclusive, personalized, and mindful alternative. By integrating psychological principles with genuine human connection, I aim to guide clients toward authentic and lasting relationships.
